First the trade, then the systems, then AI.
I'm Robin Harinck, founder of AIdoptIQ. My background is in Business Informatics, the intersection of business processes and IT. That is still the core of what I do. Since 2018, applied AI has been part of it, including a certification from the University of Oxford.
The through line
Eight years at Elopak, a global producer of dairy packaging: rolling out SAP worldwide, mapping processes and building a team for process automation. Then three years as Director of AI & Automation at 5CA, an international customer service organisation.
Since 2025 I have been working from AIdoptIQ in the chain where my career started: agri and food, from grower to factory. Trading in agricultural bulk, production data in the food industry, and the systems that have to carry it all.
The through line: I translate the trade into systems, and systems into something people actually work with.
Working together
AIdoptIQ works with established partners. For agrifood and supply chain that is MLink: Gerben van Boven, with over twenty years of operational experience in the international food industry, from S&OP to inventory and logistics. For the Microsoft ecosystem we work with ASG CRM. For the build work we work with a fixed development team.
Practical
Based in Goes, in the southwest of the Netherlands. At home in Zeeland and West-Brabant, working across the Netherlands.
